You will need to have this to be part of our team:

- Proven leadership or supervisor experience, with the ability to lead by example and hands on approach.

- Ability to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays,

You will oversee all aspects of Hotel operations on shift to deliver an amazing guest experience and leading your team through the daily shift.  

Responsibilities:

- Effective day-to-day communication with a multi-skilled team

- Running events/ functions and promotions on a daily basis 

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving, including customer complaint resolution 

- Team building, training, and mentoring staff to perform at the highest level
